3.1 — Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad and Rocket can be used to deposit at bk99. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.

3.2 — Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

The bk99 welcome bonus is a 120% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

4.2 — Bonus Usage Terms

• The bonus is applicable only once and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple promotional bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
• Winnings earned through a bonus will be treated as bonus funds until the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• bk99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus misuse or irregular betting patterns are detected, the bonus may be forfeited.

4.3 — VIP Cashback Program

The bk99 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback is provided at each tier based on the weekly net loss. For example, if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140. Prohibited Activities and Misconduct

5.1 — General Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk99:

• Fraudulent activity, or betting using bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts or betting on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing other users or staff.
• Claiming promotional offers using false information.

5.2 — Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibitions are violated, bk99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account and forfeit the associated balance or bonuses without prior notice. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.
