bk99 VIP — Five-Tier Rewards System for Regular Players
At bk99, every bet and every game moves you forward. Five tiers from Bronze to Diamond offer weekly cashback and exclusive benefits.
bk99 VIP's Five Tiers and Their Cashback Rates
bk99's VIP structure is arranged across five tiers. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate — the higher the tier, the more you get back. See each tier and its cashback rate at a glance.
Bronze
0.2%The highest weekly cashback rate for this tier. The first step in the VIP journey — this is where it all begins.
Entry TierSilver
0.5%The second tier for regular players — cashback increases noticeably.
Mid TierGold
0.7%A popular mid-to-high tier — the most well-known among regularly active players.
PopularPlatinum
1.0%For high-level players — get back up to 1% of net losses each week.
High TierDiamond
1.2%The highest VIP tier. Up to 1.2% cashback on weekly net losses — the most generous rate.
Top TierHow Weekly Cashback Is Calculated
bk99 VIP cashback works on a simple rule. Each week, your total losses minus your total winnings gives your "net loss". Your current tier's cashback rate is then applied to that net loss.
For example, if you win more than you lose in a given week and your net loss is zero, no cashback applies that week. Cashback is only given against net losses — it is not a guaranteed income.
This is an example of the maximum cashback possible at the Gold tier for that week.
How to Move Up to a Higher VIP Tier
The bk99 VIP program requires no manual application. Your account activity — playing regularly and continuing to bet — automatically moves you to the next tier.
-
Stay Regularly Active
Betting regularly each week builds up your activity. At bk99, play in any category — slots, live casino or sports — and it all counts.
-
Tiers Are Reviewed Regularly
bk99 reviews each account's activity at set intervals. If sufficient activity is found, the account is promoted to the next tier.
-
Play Across Multiple Categories
Rather than sticking to just one game, playing across different sections of bk99 Casino builds up activity faster.
-
Maintain Your Tier
Once you reach a higher tier, you need to stay regularly active to keep it. Extended inactivity can affect the tier review.
What Exclusive Benefits VIP Members Receive
The bk99 VIP program goes beyond cashback. Higher-tier members enjoy several additional benefits not available on standard accounts.
Faster Withdrawal Processing
VIP members' withdrawal requests get priority. bKash, Nagad or Rocket — processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Priority Support
Higher-tier members receive extra attention on 24/7 live chat and email support. Help is available in both Bengali and English.
Early Access to Special Promotions
VIP members hear about new promotions and special offers first. Information on available offers is sent directly to their account.
Higher Cashback Coverage
Cashback rates increase at higher tiers — up to 1.2% at Diamond — which partially offsets each week's net losses.

The cashback benefit in the bk99 VIP program is an added perk for regular players — it should never be a reason to play more. Betting beyond your budget in hopes of earning cashback is not a sound decision.
Every player should set a weekly or monthly budget and play within that limit for entertainment. Following responsible gaming principles matters for every member — VIP or not.
bk99 encourages all members to play responsibly. Setting deposit limits or using the self-exclusion feature is possible at any time. See the terms and conditions for details.
Welcome Bonus and VIP — Benefit from Both Together
After opening a new account at bk99, you get a 120% first deposit bonus — up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus — total balance ৳2,200, with wagering of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.
Your VIP activity begins as you play through this bonus. This means you can move up from Bronze to higher tiers while completing your bonus wagering. Playing in the slots section can let bonus wagering and VIP progress run at the same time.
As a new member, go directly to the bk99 Login page to open an account and activate the bonus on your first deposit.
